Mitsubishi Motors Philippine Corporation (MMPC) employees reinforced the company’s position as a sustainability champion by actively participating in a Tree planting activity on June 7, 2026, at the Tree Museum in Nuvali, Calamba City, Laguna, in celebration of the Arbor Day. Conducted ahead of the official Arbor Day observance on June 25, the initiative brought together government agencies, private organizations, and community groups including the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Santa Rosa, the Save Silang–Sta. Rosa River Foundation, the City Government of Santa Rosa, and various industry partners.

MMPC’s participation to this activity contributed to the planting of approximately 1,500 seedlings, supporting the long-term restoration of this critical natural resource. Beyond the activity, MMPC volunteers demonstrated how they go beyond their roles in the workplace, taking initiative as environmental stewards in the community. Their involvement reflects a shared responsibility to protect and preserve natural resources, working alongside partners toward a common goal.

Anchored on the message “A Tree Planted, A Generation Protected,” the initiative highlighted the power of collective action in creating meaningful environmental impact. Through activities like Tree planting, MMPC employees continue to lead by example—proving that sustainability is not just a corporate commitment, but a responsibility that actively live out both in and beyond the workplace.
