Traffic and Customs Staff



Responsibilities:


• Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Export Invoice and shipping marks
• Ensures on time and accurate arrangement of export shipments
• Oversees packing of exportable materials (non-packaging materials) of Service Provider
• Prepares shipment plan based on Requested Shipment Date and/or Requested Delivery Date.
• Facilitates sending of shipping documents to consignees thru email and courier within stipulated lead-time.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in customs or any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in import/export processing
• Proficient in SAP, and MS Office (excel)



Vehicle Control & Distribution Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Oversee Vehicle Handling, Invoicing and Documentation Section operations
• Supervises the preparation and implementation the CBU Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) schedule based on monthly wholesale requirements
• Manages port storage free time of CBU units to ensure that port storage charges are not incurred
• Oversee entry auditing and reporting results and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that company’s controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications are all understood by the team and implemented accordingly.



Requirements:

• Professional certification or Degree or other equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel Formulas and Pivot Tables.



Vehicle Control & Distribution Staff



Responsibilities:


• Properly segregate the units based on shipping schedules (FIFO)
• Unblock firmed order (Sales order ready for allocation) and allocation VIN (allocation per planned production completion date.
• Review order entry with export permit details of BU that will be shipped
• Secure from Traffic and Customs Section shipment schedule, import documents (export vehicle invoice and packing list)
• Provide evaluation report to After Sales Department for warranty, to TC for MMC official notification, to Finance for Credit Memo issuance


Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of BS Customs Administration/ Business Administration.
• Preferably 1-year experience specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, flexible, able to multitask, Pro-active, with a high sense of responsibility, and good customer service.



Logistics Engineering Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Assist Section Manager in developing and maintaining a logical, efficient and integrated system for planning and controlling Material Handling Operation and other Logistics Engineering task
• Assist Section Manager to develop and maintain accurate, timely controls that will ensure that plans for the section are accomplished
• Assist Section Manager to select, retain, and motivate high performance from outstanding people will be helped to make use of their abilities.
• Coordinate with all manufacturing departments in implementation of plans to achieve cost targets


Requirements:

• Degree in BS Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse operation
• Skills in logistics project management, Basic IE Tools and proficient in MS Office



Logistics Engineering Staff



Responsibilities:


• Conduct activities related to new model preparation
• Coordinates with other person/s related to process standard development
• Making of standard documents related to new model preparation such as Work In Process, Procedures and Guidelines
• Develop standard document maintenance
• Develop audit activity to secure compliance process


Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering course (Industrial Engineering)
• At least 1-year experience in Logistics/Warehouse operations
• Proficient in Basic IE Tools and MS Office



Parts Procurement Staff



Responsibilities:


• Sourcing and accreditation of capable and reliable supplier
• Cost analysis and negotiation considering the forex, material cost trend, and other factors affecting pricing
• Ensure supplier QCDDM performance
• MZK, Cost reduction, suppliers visit, and activities mirrored to alliance organization
• Coordination with other departments for parts development


Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering course (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
• With experience in industrial process works
• Proficient in MS Office



Production Maintenance Manager



Responsibilities:


• Leads Production maintenance and facility team in providing both pro-active and reactive approaches in maintenance functions.
• Initiates planning and checking of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Ensures that PM activities are carried out with utmost compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets, lead the team during annual budget preparation.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as Manager in Automotive Manufacturing, -Maintenance, Engineering, Production, or related industries.
• Planning and organization skills to be able to run and monitor the production process.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines
• Graduate of BS Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferably board passer.



Production Supervisor (Body Painting)



Responsibilities:


• Plans, organizes, leads his/her section and subordinates' daily activities to support the departmental targets and objectives (KPIs).
• Make decisions, solve problems, approve and implement changes to improve line efficiency, develop line procedures, and conduct meetings.
• Ensures that line is complying with all ISO 9000 and 14000 policies.
• Prepares plan to ensure attainment of a quality target in terms of DPU and FTC.


Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2-year experience as Supervisor in Automotive Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, or related industries.
• Able to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and CAD literate.
• Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferably board passer.



Parts Quality Engineer



Responsibilities:


• Handles local parts development activities for new and existing vehicle models thru Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Handles local parts claims encountered in MMPC production plant, domestic market and export market
• In-charge in DPU reduction activities in MMPC and parts quality improvement activities at supplier side
• Conduct periodical Suppliers Quality System Audit


Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering course (Industrial/Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive industry
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Knows how to drive light vehicles and with valid driver's license



Safety & Health Officer



Responsibilities:


• Assists the management in complying with the provisions of the Occupational
• Safety and Health standards and other government mandated requirements.
• Assists in the development, implementation and promotion of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in accordance with the Objective, Target and Program (OTP) of MMPC in the workplace.
• Conduct Safety and Health trainings to employees and service providers including preparation of training plan and related materials.


Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering related course
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably Safety Officer 2 or 3
• Has knowledge in basic Microsoft windows computer applications
• Has a valid driver's license



Logistics Cost Control Staff



Responsibilities:


• Participates in the discussion, planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the section on a day-to-day basis
• Assists/recommends the budget preparation for the section
• Receives and record billing invoices from all sections in a monitoring check sheet
• Reviews and approves WISE RFP
• Receive invoices from suppliers and record and match to receiving


Requirements:

• Degree in Customs or any related field/course
• At least 1-year experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Computer Literate



Dojo Technical Trainer



Responsibilities:


• Plans, schedules and organizes training, training materials, tools and equipment needed in the Monozukuri DOJO training programs, common knowledge programs, motivational programs, and budget of the company related to body assembly shop.
• Attends to future training center plans and operation plans (specifically on intermediate and advance skills of the company).
• Conducts training lectures and practical tests for the training programs; prepares, submits and reports training records to immediate superior/s and personnel administration section; maintains training records.
• Conducts 5S training for operational discipline to employees.


Requirements:

• Graduate of any four (4) year related course (Automotive, Technical, and Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in technical training



Safety & Health Supervisor



Responsibilities:


• Maintains, implements and monitors occupational safety and health programs in the workplace. Ensures that it is regularly updated to reflect any change.
• Submits the necessary safety and health related reportorial requirements to the concerned government agencies and local government unit
• Manages and resolve health and safety escalations and liaises with the respective departments for resolution.
• Generates programs and projects aimed to reduce if not eliminate occupational risks of the company's operation
• Leads in the conduct of regular inspections and risk assessments.


Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering related course
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Safety officer 3
• Extensive Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Policies

Bill of Materials Allocation Staff



Responsibilities:


• Involves in the development and design of both manual and computer-based manufacturing bill of materials
• Prepares and control changes of parts specification, usage supply source, effectivity, model application, etc. brought about by various engineering releases and orders, supply and deletion notices, purchase orders and the like.
• Coordinates with all concerned department in the implementation of engineering or supply changes.
• Specifies and coordinates effectivity of engineering change through releasing of production order
• Issues, implement, and controls notices of "Change of Supply Source" to Material Handling Section.


Requirements:

• Graduate of engineering or any related course
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing
• Computer Literate
• Good Writing and communication skills
