Financial Planning Assistant Manager (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the preparation and submission of the consolidated Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet forecast and financial packages for Business Plan (BP’s) and Achievement Forecast (Afs) reporting to MMC.
  • Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, cost and operating expenses against budget and plans.
  • Leads discussions on actual performance for OPEX with departments/budget owners.
  • Takes part in the submission of Business Plan (BP’s), Achievement Forecast (AF’s) and Mid-Term Management Plan (MMP) to MMC.
  • Performs cost and financial analysis and report preparation to MMC as required.
  • Coaches and supervises Financial Planning Staff.



Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance related course preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning (budgeting) and Financial Control (monitoring and reporting).
  • With intermediate Excel user skill and knowledgeable in SAP.

Financial Planning Supervisor (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Takes part in the preparation and consolidation of annual and long-range financial plan of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the requirement of Japanese principals.
  • Prepare consolidated profit & loss statement and balance sheets forecasts for Business Plan (BPs) and Achievement Forecast (AFs) reporting to MMC.
  • Assists in the set-up of standard costing per product/model.
  • Performs Monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance review with the budget owners, summarizes the results and reports both the results and risk & opportunities vs plan.
  • Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, costs, and operating expenses against budgets plans.
  • Supervises the Financial Planning team to deliver financial analyses / forecasts accurately and timely on a regular basis.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance related course preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning (budgeting)
  • With intermediate Excel user skill and knowledgeable in SAP.
  • Manufacturing industry working experience.

Financial Planning Staff (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Takes part in the submission of annual and long-range financial plans of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the requirements of Japanese principals.
  • Assist in the preparation and setting up of yearly standard costs for all vehicle models in SAP.
  • Performs CAPEX (Capital Expense) progress monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
  • Performs cost and financial analysis regularly and upon special request.
  • Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, costs, and operating expenses against budget plans.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related finance course.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP.
  • 1-year experience in financial planning or budgeting

Financial Control Staff (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Takes part in the submission of annual and long-range financial plans of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the requirements of Japanese principals.
  • Assist in the consolidation, coordination, and analysis of submitted Operational Expense (OPEX) budgets for the profit & loss.
  • Performs monthly Operational Expenses review with the budget owners, summarizes the results and reports both the reports, support schedules required by MMC Japan.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related finance course.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • 1 year experience in financial control

Information Security Engineer Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Implements and maintains cyber security measures to protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
  • Implement and manage Security Infrastructure.
  • Perform vulnerability management and incident response and threat management.


Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in information security or a related IT field.
  • Preferably with supervisory or team leadership background
  • Direct experience with security systems, risk assessments, audits, and incident response.
  • Policy creation and implementation.
  • Security awareness trainings.
  • Information/Cyber Security Certification (CC, CISSP, CISM, Comptia, and etc.) is advantageous.
