Financial Planning Assistant Manager (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet forecasts, and financial packages for Business Plans (BP) and Achievement Forecasts (AF) to MMC.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of actual results versus budgets and plans.
  • Facilitate OPEX performance discussions with departments.
  • Participate in BP, AF, and Mid-Term Management Plan submissions.
  • Conduct cost and financial analyses as required by MMC.
  • Coach and supervise Financial Planning staff.



Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and control.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge required.

Financial Planning Supervisor (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of annual and long-term financial plans in compliance with Japanese principals’ requirements.
  • Prepare consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts for BP and AF submissions.
  • Assist in setting standard product costing.
  • Conduct monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance reviews with budget owners and report findings.
  • Supervise the Financial Planning team in delivering accurate and timely financial analyses.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; SAP experience mandatory.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Financial Control Staff (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the submission of annual and long-term financial plans.
  • Support the consolidation and analysis of OPEX budgets.
  • Conduct monthly OPEX reviews and prepare required reports and schedules for MMC Japan.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or related finance courses.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • At least 1 year of financial control experience.

Information Security Engineer Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect systems, networks, and organizational data.
  • Manage security infrastructure.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, incident response, and threat management.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in information security or related IT fields.
  • Supervisory or team leadership background preferred.
  • Experience in security systems, risk assessments, audits, and incident response.
  • Skilled in policy creation, implementation, and security awareness training.
  • Security certifications (CC, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA, etc.) are an advantage.
