IT Governance Senior Staff



Responsibilities:


• Responsible for tracking SE’s training accomplishments and monitoring SE level progression based on MMPC sales training curriculum
• Manages training schedules and coordinate with dealer sales trainers, sales secretaries, and branch heads of SE training invitations and attendance
• Facilitates selected MMPC sales training sessions
• Determines training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line to the sales process
• Administers dealer sales executive accreditation exam for passenger cars and LCV

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science or any related course
• Experienced in User Access Management
• Excellent communication skills



Financial Planning Staff



Responsibilities:


• Takes part in the submission of annual and long-range financial plan of the company and its subsidiaries
• Participates in the preparation of consolidated Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet forecasts for Business Plan (BPs) and Achievement Forecast (AFs)
• Assists in the setup yearly Standard Costs of all vehicle models in SAP
• Performs CAPEX progress monitoring, reporting and analysis
• Assist in the monthly Local Materials Update
• Performs Monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance review with the budget owners, summarizes the results and report both the results and risks & opportunities vs plan.
• Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, costs and operating expenses against budget plans.
• Performs cost and financial analysis on a regular basis and upon special requests.



Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance related course (preferably CPA)
• With experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office Excel and SAP



Financial Planning Supervisor



Responsibilities:


• Takes part in the submission of annual and long-range financial plan of the company and its subsidiaries
• Participates in the preparation of consolidated Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet forecasts for Business Plan (BPs) and Achievement Forecast (AFs)
• Assists in the set-up of standard costing per product/model
• Performs Monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance review with the budget owners, summarizes the results and report both the results and risks & opportunities vs plan.
• Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, costs and operating expenses against budget plans.
• Supervises the Financial Planning team to deliver financial analysis/forecasts accurately and timely on a regular basis
• Performs cost and financial analysis on a regular basis and upon special requests.
• Assist in preparation of reports, support schedules required by MMC Japan


Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance related course (preferably CPA)
• With experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office Excel and SAP



Financial Control Staff



Responsibilities:


• Takes part in the submission of annual and long-range financial plan of the company and its subsidiaries
• In charge of the consolidation, coordination, and analysis of submitted OPEX budgets for the Profit & Loss forecasts during Business Plans (BPs) and Achievement Forecast (AF1)
• Prepares monthly OPEX report and gap analysis which includes manufacturing cost breakdown and departmental and divisional expense budget performance reports (EBPR)
• Performs Monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance review with the budget owners, summarizes the results and report both the results and risks & opportunities vs plan.
• Prepares comparative results of actual revenues, costs and operating expenses against budget plans.
• Performs cost and financial analysis on a regular basis and upon special requests.



Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance related course (preferably CPA)
• With experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office Excel and SAP


IT Web Application Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Responsible for tracking SE’s training accomplishments and monitoring SE level progression based on MMPC sales training curriculum
• Analyzes the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible application solutions.
• Provides technical support and problem resolution related to business application software systems.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• With extensive/comprehensive CLOUD based applications development & implementation experience using JAVA/MS SQL/SAP HANA/AS400 integration
• Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.



Credit and Collection Staff



Responsibilities:



• Prepares and issues official receipts.
• Prepares cash collection report and certifies its balances if it reconciles with general ledger.
• Checks and verifies completeness of all official receipts issued.
• Ensures that all official receipts are properly classified
• Verifies and records petty cash reimbursement and replenishment.
• Ascertains all cash and checks were completely deposited to the accredited depository banks.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related courses.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting analysis and process
• Knowledgeable in SAP and Excel
