Technical Training Instructor

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshop, classroom, and online training on automotive technology for MMC vehicle sales and after-sales personnel.
  • Develop training materials, audio-visual aids, simulators, cutaways, and jigs.
  • Administer tests and evaluations based on occupational standards.
  • Maintain and update technical databases for all MMC vehicles distributed by MMPC.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in conducting classroom, workshop, or online training.
  • Automotive background preferred; sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and design skills.

BRP Planning Senior Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Body Repair & Paint Dealer Operations Standards (BRP-DOS) evaluation, implementation and continuous process improvements in Dealers
  • Perform administration and coordination jobs for the BRP and Dealer Standards Unit
  • Collect business & process KPIs (Key Performance Indices) from the dealers
  • Analyze gathered/collected data from the dealers
  • Provide recommendations/action plans to improve the current business standing of the dealers
  • Assist and provide support to dealers so that given targets will be achieved
  • Provide support in the development of training materials for BRP personnel, whenever necessary
  • Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and comply with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any related courses
  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in quality or processes preferably in Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • With driver's license

Sales Instructor Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts Product Knowledge, Technical, Process and Soft-Skills training for Dealer Sales Executives
  • Administers Dealer Sales Executive examinations and assessments
  • Conducts dealer competitor review and analysis for up-to-date info on newest features and technology.
  • Determines training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line to the sales process
  • Assists in Sales Satisfaction Index Improvement and DOS related tasks.
  • Performs accreditation monitoring, technical and non-technical Sales training activities for Sales Executives.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of any business course or equivalent course.
  • At least 1 year experience in Training
  • Preferably with knowledge in training design: Canva, Powtoons
  • With prior experience or internship in sales or automotive industry. Experience in Sales is a plus.
  • With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and must know how to drive.
