P&A Logistics and Warehouse Manager



Responsibilities:


• Ensures the warehouse operates at maximum level of efficiency for customers satisfaction by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals and objectives
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining parts and accessories handling, storage requirements equipment utilization, inventory control and management for inbound and outbound operations
• Review and prepare workflow, procedure manual, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standard are met
• Take overall responsibility for obsolete parts process and ensure business is left with minimum liability and minimal waste
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances

Requirements:

• Graduate of Business related course
• At least 3-years managerial experience in Logistics and automotive industry
• With good communication skills



P&A Sales Supervisor



Responsibilities:


• Monitor and ensure dealers’ attainment of Parts & Service Business Targets
• Audit of dealer’s compliance to MMPC standards and implement necessary actions and protocols to ensure 100% compliance at all times
• Monitor dealers’ proper execution of after sales merchandising promos and pricing strategies in accordance to MMPC set standards and procedures
• Preservation of Mitsubishi’s (MMPC and its network) business interest by ensuring that dealers do not engage in the selling of unauthorized and competing products and services
• Facilitates and generates necessary reports to update MMPC management of the dealers status and/or concerns

Requirements:

• Graduate of Business or Engineering related course
• At least 3-years work experience as account/relationship officer in Automotive industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Above average communication skills
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license



Process Engineer



Responsibilities:


• Ensures dealer’s compliance to MMPC After Sales standards by conducting visits and periodic audit activities and discussing the results with dealer Principals and MMPC Management
• Maintain and constantly update a record on dealers’ compliance status to MMPC After Sales standard and identify critical dealers which need to be prioritized or focused improvement activities
• Prepare periodic audit reports
• Assist all dealers on service operations concerns and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering course (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 1-year work experience in Automotive industry
• Expertise on Process Improvement methods
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license


Sales Trainer



Responsibilities:


• Responsible for tracking SE's training accomplishments and monitoring SE level progression based on MMPC sales training curriculum
• Manages training schedules and coordinates with dealer sales trainers, sales secretaries, and brand heads for SE training invitations and attendance
• Facilitate selected MMPC sales training sessions
• Determines training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line to the sales process
• Administers dealer sales executive accreditation exam for passenger cars and LCV
• Assists in JD power related tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Psychology/ BSEd
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Fluent in English
• With Valid Driver's License


Technical Training Instructor



Responsibilities:


• Conducts classroom, workshop On-line Technical Training of Automotive Technology for MMC Vehicles to various Sales and Aftersales Personnel.
• Constructs training materials, audio-visual aids, simulators, cut-outs, and jigs in order to facilitate training.
• Prepares workshop area, training vehicles, components, special tools, and equipment during skills demonstration & workshop practice.
• Conducts Pre & Post Training evaluations for each trainees to measure the knowledge and skills improvements.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering/automotive technology
• At least 3 years of experience as training instructor
• With Mitsubishi Technology background, MSTEP-3 Electrical, A/T Expert
