SSI - Sales Satisfaction Improvement Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the findings from research studies to understand customer experience.
  • Assist in creation effective counter measure to improve dealers' CS performance.
  • Monitor in the implementation of Sales Dealer Operating Standards of MMPC's dealer network through regular or spot audits.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 1 year work experience in automotive industry.
  • Must know how to drive with valid (AB) driver's license.

Senior Sales Trainer


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts product knowledge, technical, process and soft-skills training for Sales Executives. Assists the management in complying with the provisions of the OSH standards and other government mandated requirements.
  • Administers Dealer Sales Executive examinations and assessments.
  • Conducts dealer competitor review and analysis for up-to-date info on newest features and technology.
  • Assists in Sales Satisfaction Index Improvement and DOS related tasks.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Engineering or Marketing or any business-related course
  • With at least 3 years’ experience in Sales Training, preferably in the Automotive Industry
  • With excellent communication and people skills

Technical Training Instructor


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts workshop, classroom & on-line training of automobile technology for MMC vehicles to various Sales and After Sales personnel.
  • Constructs training materials and audio-visual aids, simulators, cut-outs, and jigs to facilitate training.
  • Conducts test and evaluation for training recipients using occupational standards as far as feasible.
  • Updates and maintains databank for service specifications and technical information of all MMC vehicles available through MMPC.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in classroom, workshop, and on-line training.
  • Preferably with automotive industry background. Experience in sales is a plus.
  • With excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in creative design is a plus.
  • With exceptional communication and people skills.

Quality Assurance Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnosis on visual, electrical, and mechanical failure of vehicles found during the pre-delivery inspection.
  • Identify whether the root cause of the defect of the unit is due to product quality or external factor.
  • Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, or replacement on vehicles found to have defects and ensure to bring the vehicle back to manufacturer's quality standards.
  • Generate summary reports of all repaired units including the remaining offline units in collaboration with Vehicle Logistics Department.
  • Conduct audit on third party logistics to ensure that pre-delivery inspections executed according to MMPC standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Quality Management section to ensure that product quality defects are reported according to (PQR) and recoverable expenses claimed under warranty.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • At least 1 year work experience or exposure to automotive service operations
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repair
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knows how to drive light vehicles (M/T and A/T)
  • With excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in creative design is a plus.
  • With exceptional communication and people skills.
