Technical Training Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshop, classroom, and online training on automotive technology for MMC vehicle sales and after-sales personnel
- Develop training materials, audio-visual aids, simulators, cutaways, and jigs.
- Administer tests and evaluations based on occupational standards.
- Maintain and update technical databases for all MMC vehicles distributed by MMPC.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting classroom, workshop, or online training.
- Automotive background preferred; sales experience is a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and design skills.
Sales Satisfaction Improvement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with dealers to develop, implement, and monitor Customer Service programs and policies.
- Lead Customer Service–related meetings and evaluate their outcomes
- Conduct scheduled and spot compliance audits, onsite or online.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to improve satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably with automotive industry experience.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
Customer Relations Senior Staff
Responsibilities:
- Receive, coordinate, and monitor customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, and update these in the customer care case tracker.
- Provide regular updates to customers and dealers regarding case status and resolutions.
- Assist in implementing after-sales programs focused on customer satisfaction.
- Schedule customer unit evaluations at their convenience.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business-related course.
- Experience in customer relations or any customer-facing role.
