Sales Planning and Control Senior Manager

Responsibilities

PROMO SUBSIDY PROGRAM FORMULATION

  • Evaluate Market acceptance and competitiveness of sales promotions and programs versus competitors.
  • Formulate and propose promotions and programs based on target monthly sales, inventory level and latest competitor offers.


MMPC SALES AND INDUSTRY PERFORMANCE REVIEW
  • Monitors Total Market Share and Per Segment Share of MMPC.
  • Reports latest performance to management for evaluation and preparation of action plan to ensure attainment of sales and market share target.
SALES PACK & CIRCULAR TO DEALERS
  • Prepares monthly Sales Pack and Circular to dealers by preparing the following:
  • Vehicle Pricelist.
  • Promo Table.
  • Dealer Circulars based on the latest updates.
MANCOM REPORT / BOD MEETING MATERIAL
  • Overall management of reports to management.

DEALER PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
  • Planning, execution and monitoring of Dealer Programs, Incentives and Events pertaining to dealer performance (such as but not limited to Dealer Conference, Dealer Incentive Trip, Hotshots Event)

SALES CONTROL COORDINATION
  • Close coordination with sales control team ensuring VME and profitability targets are achieved.
  • Monitors budget movement together with Sales Control head and recommends countermeasures, if necessary.

OVER-ALL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT FOR SECTIONS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT
  • Leads continuous process improvement initiatives within the department to enhance operational efficiency, including optimization of dealer pay-out timelines, development of structured sales promo and analysis frameworks, and improvement of reporting systems for clearer and more effective interpretation of sales performance and results.
  • Performs safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Marketing/Economics or Management related course
  • At least 8 years of experience in Sales Planning and Marketing in automotive industry is preferred
  • Specialization in Sales Planning or with Automotive background
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
  • Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
  • Strong attention to detail

Sales Planning Specialist Sr. Staff

Responsibilities
  • Support data generation and analysis for monthly sales planning.
  • Monitor and analyze dealer sales activities and performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in creating presentation materials for management use in meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and consolidate the monthly sales plan through the preparation of the Sales Pack.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of sales programs.
  • Prepare reports on internal sales performance and market trends (TIV, promo report, and etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of targets.
  • Performs safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Assist in the development and execution of incentive programs for the sales force.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Business Management/Economics/Statistics or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales Planning and Data analysis in automotive industry is preferred
  • Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
