Brand Communications Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Manages all creative work rendered for the various MMPC advertising campaigns
• Reports competitor activity
• Formulates briefing strategies for agencies to develop creative proposals and outputs
• Support dealer creative requirements
• Support Department Head will all necessary department reports to upper management


Requirements:

• College Graduate
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication and Advertising
• Knowledgeable in advertising and design



Field Sales Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Ensures 100% monthly target achievement for both wholesale (WS) and retail sales (RS) of assigned dealers
• Monitors target attainment of the assigned dealer with regard to the per model and quarter programs where the assigned dealers are qualified
• Provide assistance in inventory management and stock level analysis to ensure 1.2 stock months of each dealer
• Conduct market analysis of the assigned trade area. This includes monitoring of competition i.e. competitor's pricing, promotional activities, inventory, and business environment, and trends that can generate potential sales for the dealer

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Business Administration, Marketing, BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or any related course
• Must have considerable experience in Field Management
• Must be computer literate (above average MS Excel skills)



Sales Finance Supervisor



Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with dealers regarding financing promos/programs of MMPC
• Gather info/feedback from dealers regarding financing & bank related concerns
• Propose financing promos/programs to increase sales volume
• Do competitive and marketing/industry analysis & survey

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Business Administration related course
• At least 5 years of experience in AO/DC of Auto Loans handling
• Analytical with customer/dealer/bank relationship
• With good communication skills



Sales Planning Assistant Manager



Responsibilities:


• Overall management of the Sales Planning and Sales Control Team ensuring VME and profitability
• Analysis of Promotion Effectiveness - Evaluate market acceptance and competitiveness of sales promotions against other brands
• Sales Volume and Market Share Monitoring - Monitor sales volume and market share performance against company objectives.
• Sales Promotions Planning Develop Sales promotions and dealer incentive programs to achieve wholesale and retail targets.
• Lead Management Weekly monitoring of prospect and lead performance against monthly sales objectives. Project lead for the computerization and systemization of PBAID.


Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Business Administration / Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in sales planning in the automotive industry

Responsibilities:


• Develops key marketing strategies that are in line with sales objectives
• Manages the harmonious relationship of all brand communication team members
• Develops and manages the entire FMI budget
• Oversees and manages the performance of each section head and assures compliance to set objectives

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial planning, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and controlling of variable marketing expenses (VME) and Capex
• Manages a timely and accurate payment of dealer claims related to VME
• Manages business planning and budgeting and forecasting
• Formulate and provide division's financial information and analysis to support business decision.

Digital Marketing Manager



Responsibilities:


• Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence
• Identifies trend and insights, and optimize performance.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points

Responsibilities:


• Develops key public relations strategies for MMPC
• Maintains the harmonious relationship of MMPC towards the media/press
• Creates product, event and corporate press release write-ups
• Writes speeches for organizational leaders
• Monitors trends, media articles, vlogs, reviews, and monthly press release performance data
• Organizes press conference and media drive events
• Engages in brand-related interviews that will appear in various media channels
• Manages media test drive lend outs and vehicle maintenance

Sales Planning Specialist



Responsibilities:


• Assist in preparing price structure based on the latest cost information from related department including MMPC's promo offers.
• Prepares and updates fleet subsidy matrix based on the approved budget and the projected volume for the year
• Prepares and consolidates fleet sales reports for management reference
• Prepares fleet price quotation and RINGI (if necessary) for fleet registrations of dealers based on their approved promo subsidy


Requirements:

• Graduate of any management or marketing related courses
• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing/sales planning
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
• With good oral & written communication
