Product Planning Supervisor (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Supports in the preparation of new model plan (specs, pricing, sales volume)
  • Supports in the conduct of competitor study (such as by visiting competitors’ dealers and inspecting competitors’ models)
  • Supports in the preparation of product related report such as bubble chart, VI/VA/TPVA (Visual Index, Value Adjusted, Transaction Price Value Adjusted) monitor.
  • Support in the coordination with other divisions and departments for market introduction preparation of new model / full model change of existing model / big minor change of existing model.



Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business, Engineering, or any related course.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Marketing and Product Planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Sales Planning Staff (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and ensures timely and accurate monitoring, evaluation, and processing of budget request payables of the Sales Planning Department and the dealer network.
  • Coordinates with the dealer network related to promo subsidies, sales incentives, marketing subsidies, and other Sales & Marketing inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinates with different departments on concerns and assists in the update of payment and budget monitoring and as well as preparations of various management reports.



Requirements:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Accountancy, or any Management related course.
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in moderate computations and analysis
  • Proficient in excel, powerpoint, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal communications.

Information System Support Staff (BGC Based)


Responsibilities:

  • Extraction and tabulation of data from YANA System.
  • Preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly sales and marketing related reports and charts.
  • Handling of YANA DMS functional issues and concerns of dealers.
  • Support regular audit of Power BI Dashboard data and visuals.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in Data Management System Administration, Data Visualization, Data Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferably with Driver's License and willing to travel.
