Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation was recognized as one of the Top Importers of FY2025 during “The Anchors of Batangas: Appreciation to Our Trade Partners” hosted by Asian Terminals Inc. on April 16, 2026, at Paseo Premier Hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The recognition highlights MMPC’s continued partnership and consistent use of the Batangas Container Terminal (BCT), a key trade gateway supporting industries across the CALABARZON region.

Held alongside ATI’s 40th anniversary celebration and 2025 Performance Review, the event gathered industry leaders, government representatives, shipping lines, importers, and exporters to recognize organizations contributing to regional trade and economic growth.

Representing MMPC during the awarding ceremony were Vice President for Logistics Department Jemabel Boncajes, Logistics Supervisor Jeremiah Cariño; and Logistics Staff Jamela Nas.

The event was led by ATI executives including President Sean Perez and Assistant Vice President for Commercial, Ports and Terminal Reginald Rivera, together with Bureau of Customs Batangas District Collector Carmelita Talusan and representatives from the Philippine Ports Authority.

Underscoring the value of strong industry collaboration, ATI Assistant Vice President for Commercial Reginald Rivera said that “Each plays a vital role in keeping trade moving efficiently, reliably, and with purpose. Today, we are not just looking back on our journey; we are setting our sights on greater horizons, with stronger volumes, deeper partnerships, and a shared ambition.”

The recognition reflects MMPC’s commitment to supporting efficient trade operations and strengthening partnerships that help drive industrial and economic development in the country.
