Eligibility


Open to all customers of Mitsubishi franchise dealerships.

1.a. New Customers (July 2025 and onwards customers): The PMP can be availed at the time of vehicle purchase via Sales Personnel
1.b. Existing customers (July 2025 and onwards customers): The PMP can still be purchased anytime within one month or up to 10,000KM before the next scheduled PMS through Aftersales Personnel.


Package Coverage


Plan Includes: Standard maintenance parts such as:

a. PMS Parts (Oil, filter changes and drain plug gasket). See Section IX of ANNEX A: PMPP Guidelines for the complete set of Parts List > Parts Discount to be shouldered by MMPC.

b. Labor Discount (20%)  Recommended to be shouldered by Dealer

2. Exclusions:

a. Repair or parts not included in the MMPC prescribe Standard PMS
b. Consumables outside standard PMPs
c. Optional upgrades or added services


Discount Structure

  • 1st Year Plan (Standard): Customers receive a 15% discount on parts.
  • 2nd Year Plan (Premium) : Customers receive a 20% discount on parts
  • 3rd Year Plan (Elite): Customers receive a 25% discount on parts.


Enrollment Process


1. Customers will sign up the PMPP enrollment form and pay the discounted full amount to the Dealer.

- Prices are fixed at the time of purchase, protecting customers from future price increases
- In the event of any future price adjustment, MMPC shall revise the PMS pricing accordingly to ensure that Dealers claim based on the updated rates.
2. Enrollment details and confirmation will be received by customers within 24 hours


Validity


1. The validity of the Prepaid Maintenance Parts Package depends on the specific plan selected by the customer. Each package is valid for a defined duration, such as one, two, or three years. Extensions or refunds are not allowed.
2. Customers are strongly encouraged to adhere to the prescribed maintenance schedule as outlined in the warranty booklet to ensure PMPP acceptance and warranty compliance.


Redemption Mechanics

  1. Customers must present the PMPP card or registration details at the time of service.
  2. Redeemable only at authorized service centers or dealerships.
  3. Unused services cannot be carried over past the package validity period. Extensions or refunds are not allowed

Cancellation and Transferability

  1. Cancellation is not allowed under specific conditions (e.g., change of mind, vehicle sale, total loss).
  2. PMPP Discount are attached to the vehicle, non-refundable, non-transferrable to other vehicles. and not convertible to cash under any circumstances.
  3. PMPP are accepted and applicable for Caravan activities.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Follow the recommended service intervals to ensure package validity.
  2. Customers must notify the dealer in advance to schedule their PMPP-covered service.
  3. Notify the dealership in case of vehicle ownership transfer or other relevant changes


Dealer Responsibilities

  1. Customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and package updates shall be handled by dealer
  2. Customers thru Dealer will receive reminders for upcoming service schedules via SMS or email.
  3. Ensure proper communication of PMPP benefits and coverage to customers.
  4. Apply the appropriate discounts as outlined in the PMPP plan.
  5. Submit reimbursement requests to MMPC for discounts provided.


General Provisions

  1. The benefits provided under the Prepaid Maintenance Parts Package (PMPP), including discounts and services, are strictly non-convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services outside the scope of the program
  2. MMPC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the PMPP without prior notice to customers and dealers.
  3. Any disputes arising from the PMPP will be resolved in accordance with MMPC's policies.


Disclaimer


MMPC and the dealers will not be held liable for any delays or non-performance due to unforeseen events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
